The RPG Meister Gazette

SignalR Comes to RPG Meister!

Whoa — new weird monster?

No. A new cool way to exchange data. For now: a quick way to send your party from your phone straight to your GM’s device, so the adventure can get under way even sooner and smoother.

Sign in? Email? Tracking cookies?

No. Still no registration, no sign-in, no tracking cookies. Just the same local app you already use.

How it works

Your GM opens a campaign party and taps Receive from players on the party members panel. The connection is made. He or she (don’t be shy, folks — anyone can be a GM!) gets a 5-letter code.

Players open Player Campaigns, tap the paper-plane icon (Send to GM) on the campaign row, and enter that code.

The GM is notified and sees which player characters are ready to add. Each submission lands in Incoming; tap Import to bring them into the party overview.

Step-by-step: Player Guide — Campaigns · Campaign Guide — Parties.

Still in beta

It’s still in beta. The other path still works too: Export for GM (clipboard), paste into mail or chat, then the GM uses Import (clipboard).

We’re so excited we didn’t want to keep this cool feature from you.
